The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering and coordinating outstanding clinical care.
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Assessing, planning and reviewing individual care plans.
• Supporting residents, patients and their families with compassion and professionalism.
• Supervising and mentoring Care Assistants and junior colleagues.
• Promoting best practice and maintaining high clinical standards.
• Working collaboratively with GPs, healthcare professionals and external agencies.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from nurses who have:

• A valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
• A passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A caring, professional and positive approach.
• Previous experience in a care home, hospital or specialist care setting is desirable but not essential for all opportunities.
