We work with established national providers, growing regional organisations and specialist care groups, recruiting Regional Managers to oversee portfolios of residential, nursing, learning disability, autism, mental health and complex care services.

The Role

As a Regional Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of services, supporting Home Managers and Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care, achieve commercial success and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving performance, developing future leaders and ensuring every service delivers safe, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and support to Registered Managers across your region.
• Driving improvements in quality, compliance and operational performance.
• Monitoring financial performance, occupancy and budgets.
• Supporting commissioning projects, acquisitions and service development where required.
• Preparing services for CQC inspections and maintaining Good and Outstanding ratings.
• Developing high-performing management teams through coaching and mentoring.
• Working closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic objectives.
• Building strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with experienced operational leaders who have:

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager or multi-site leader within adult social care.
• A proven track record of improving service quality and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and commercial performance.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• The ability to manage change, inspire teams and deliver results across multiple locations.

• Salary of *£75,000 - £95,000*, depending on experience.
